The main structural material of collapsible boxes is PP honeycomb panel. Two commonly used thicknesses are 4mm and 10mm. When manufacturing collapsible boxes, the 10mm thick honeycomb panel (weighing approximately 3000 grams per square meter) is more commonly used because of its excellent structure, light weight, and strong load-bearing capacity. Honeycomb panels are also waterproof and moisture-proof, making them an ideal replacement for cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, and metal boxes.

Typically, the dimensions of aluminum honeycomb panels are within 1500x5000mm, but manufacturers can customize according to customer requirements, such as the 2000x6000mm specification. Aluminum honeycomb panels consist of three parts: the top panel, the bottom panel, and the honeycomb core, offering high flexibility and customizability.

Foldable collapsible boxes stand out for their unique design. When folded, their volume is only 1/4 to 1/3 of the assembled volume, greatly saving space. Depending on the folding method, foldable collapsible boxes are available in two types: bi-fold and inward-folding. These folding methods make the collapsed boxes more space-efficient on the floor, facilitating storage and handling.
