The durability and performance of foldable pallet boxes largely depend on their materials. Zhongxiang's pallet boxes are primarily made from two materials: HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene).

1. HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)

HDPE is a high-crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic with the following characteristics:

Application in pallet boxes: Mainly used for surrounding panels, which need to fold repeatedly and support the box structure — requiring high rigidity and fatigue resistance.
